Remake, Return, Refund Policy

At The Portrait Cafe it is our goal to provide you with 100% satisfaction. If you are ever dissatisfied for any reason with your order, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-877-896-9667. We can then determine the best solution to ensure your complete satisfaction.

In the event you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately. If the outside of the box shows physical damage, please take a few pictures of the box (prior to opening) and then retain it in the event one of the common carriers wishes to examine it for claims purposes. It is best to also take pictures of your damaged order as well, this will assist us in helping to avoid future damages that could happened in packing and shipping.

In most cases we will not ask for you to return the item. If we do, we will cover the return shipping at our expense. Orders that are damaged in transit will be promptly replaced at our expense.

If you are not happy with the color quality of your order, please contact Customer Service. We will determine if a remake or a refund would be best. If your order is reprinted, we will typically not request you to return the original. In the event of a refund, we will issue a credit to your card within one business day.
