I wanted to thank you for helping us produce our new Pictorial Directory. Initially, I saw the need for a tool to help build community, but a few folks thought we were too big to attempt such a project. As a large church with over 7,000 members the need for name face recognition is of the utmost importance. Also, we were in the process of launching a new database and updating the profiles of our membership. Many of the pictures that we had in our old database were old beyond recognition. The Images that the Portrait Cafe provided assisted us in achieving those goals. Needless to say, the staff is elated that the individual images are now part of our Arena Database. It enables us to see our congregants’ faces when we look them up in our database. Our only regret is that we were not able to get a much higher participation level but that is hard with a church our size. Overall the experience was great, and I would definitely recommend your company to a church that is looking for current family images. Those who participated in the Directory were very pleased with the results of their family photos and your photographers (especially Matt) were excellent. Donna, you were always a pleasure to work with and I thank you for your excellence in customer service and problem solving over the course of getting this project completed.
